CONTRACTING CONDITIONS
User Registration
The use of the services provided by SELECCION GOURMET BODECANTA SL implies the need for the User to register in order to process the customer’s purchases, for which it is necessary to provide their full name and email address.
In any case, the User will be required to accept these General Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy.
Shipping conditions
SELECCION GOURMET BODECANTA SL only ships its products to the CANARY ISLANDS. It will not be possible to make purchases with deliveries to destinations outside the Canary Islands.
The purchase of products in the Portal store is subject to the payment of shipping costs, which are borne by the buyer.
Shipping costs will depend on the destination and the number of products purchased, in accordance with the indicative table below. In any case, the actual shipping costs will be detailed throughout the purchase process and the buyer will have the opportunity to review these costs before finalising their purchase. SELECCION GOURMET BODECANTA SL cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery of orders due to causes not directly attributable to SELECCION GOURMET BODECANTA SL, fortuitous events or force majeure.

- Pick up at our headquarters or purchases over £300: free
- Shipping to Las Palmas, Tenerife, Fuerteventura or Lanzarote
- One to three bottles: £13
- Up to 6 bottles: £18
- Up to 12 bottles: £24
- Shipping to El Hierro, La Palma or La Gomera
- One to three bottles: £16
- Up to 6 bottles: £24
- Up to 12 bottles: £30
Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order free of charge, provided the request is made before the product has been shipped. To do so, they must contact us via vinos@bodecanta.com or phone 625 231 212 within 24 hours of order confirmation. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible, but customers may still exercise their right of withdrawal as outlined in the Returns section.
If a product is unavailable (e.g., out of stock or website error), we reserve the right to cancel the order and fully refund the amount paid within 14 days of notification.
Returns & Refunds
Under Spanish Consumer Law, customers have 14 calendar days from delivery to return products, provided that:
- The wine is in perfect condition (original packaging intact, no signs of opening or damage).
- The delivery note or invoice is included, and the return is previously communicated to vinos@bodecanta.com or phone 625 231 212
Exceptions:
- Personalized wines (e.g., custom labels) or opened perishable products cannot be returned.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective or does not match the website description.
Once the return is received and verified, we will process the refund (including original shipping costs if the error was ours) within 14 days, using the same payment method as the original purchase.
